Cruelty-Free Campus Event 3 Products

We're back! Yay! Stop by our table on your way to Sadler for lunch between 10:30AM and 1:30PM on November 20 (this Friday!) to grab your own baggie of the products below (as well as leftovers from the last event!)

Super easy to use and very light weight. It also lasts a pretty long time, especially if you use heated styling tools to style your hair (blow dryer or straightener, etc). And not only does it work as a style extender, but it also keeps your hair cleaner and non-greasy for longer, I didn't need to use dry shampoo in the days following before I washed my hair again. It smells AMAZING, very reminiscent of the candy flavored lipglosses we all had circa 2002. The smell lasts as well; I contunied to catch whiffs of it the next day. Check out the video below for a demo! If you love it and want to buy a full tube, head to Ulta where you can pick it up for $7.99. They also have a smaller supply of NYM products at Target.

Dr. Bronner's is a wonderful brand that operates around ethical considerations. This biodegradable soap is fair trade, organic, not tested on animals, vegan, and environmentally friendly. It really doesn't get much better. Plus bar soap doesn't use any packaging other than the recyclable paper it is sold in AND you get more soap for your money because it isn't watered down into a liquid (although they do have liquid soap and body wash if you prefer). This one smells absolutey delicious and leaves your hands feeling super soft. I definitely encourage you to check out their site to see their full product selection because they sell a lot more than just great soap. You can find a lot of their stuff at Target as well.

Natracare is a great, earth concsious brand that is best known for feminine hygiene products. They also make excellent face wipes though. This wipe got off a days worth of foundation without leaving a weird, sticky residue. They were also gentle enough to not sting my eyes as I wiped off mascara. The wipes are "infused with the organnic essential oils of almond, apricot, and chamomile" which leaves the skin feeling refreshed. If you feel bad using face wipes because they seem wasteful, these wipes are made from organic cotton and are biodegradable and compostable (like most of their products), so no harm to Mother Nature! You can find them online or at some drugstores such as CVS.
